3. Account & Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account. ZEL Eyewear is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice. Errors in pricing may result in order cancellation.
4.3 Payment
Full payment must be made before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Custom & Branded Products
- Custom-made, engraved, or private-label products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Approved designs are deemed final. ZEL Eyewear is not responsible for errors after design approval.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- ZEL Eyewear is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Defects
- Non-custom products may be eligible for return or exchange subject to our return policy.
- Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt, with clear evidence provided.
8. Product Use & Disclaimer
- Our products are not medical devices unless explicitly stated.
- Non-prescription eyewear is intended for fashion or general use only.
- ZEL Eyewear is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, images, and trademarks are the property of ZEL Eyewear. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEL Eyewear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
